We bake in Leeds and arrange local cake delivery by agreement. When you enquire, the most useful starting point is where the cake needs to be when the celebration begins. A cake collected for a family lunch needs a different plan from one delivered to a staffed venue.
Choose the handover first
| Handover | What to arrange | Useful when |
|---|---|---|
| Collection from Leeds | Agreed collection time, suitable transport and storage at the destination | Someone can collect before the celebration |
| Home delivery | Full postcode, agreed window and someone available to receive the cake | The party is at home |
| Venue delivery | Named contact, receiving time, access instructions and suitable storage | A venue team will look after the cake before serving |
Our delivery information explains the current arrangements. Local delivery is quoted individually, taking the cake, finish and destination into account. Leeds collection saves £2. Please wait for our written order acceptance before treating the order as booked; sending an enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
Match the cake to the occasion
For a family cake with soft honey layers, start with Medovik. If you prefer pastry and custard, look at Napoleon. For a themed birthday or a particular colour scheme, send your ideas through our custom cake enquiry.
Give us the number of people who will eat cake and whether it is the main dessert. Our size and portions guide explains why a serving range depends on how the cake is cut. A photograph can help with the finish, but it cannot tell us the portions you need.
Leave room for the cake in your plans
Ask for the box dimensions if you are collecting and check the space available at home or at the venue. Plan a direct journey after collection and follow the care instructions supplied for the specific cake. If someone else will receive it, pass those instructions on with the order details.
For a venue, tell us when staff can accept delivery as well as when guests arrive. A party starting at 6 pm does not necessarily mean the venue can receive a cake at 5 pm. Agree the receiving window with the venue before we confirm the delivery plan.
Send one clear enquiry
Include the celebration date, postcode or collection preference, guest count, flavour, design references and allergy requirements. For example: “A birthday cake for 12 people in Leeds, served after lunch, with a blue finish. We can collect on the morning of the party.” Add the exact date and any budget you want us to work within.
Use our contact page for a delivery question or the custom cake form for a design brief. We will confirm what is possible for your date and what the order will cost.
