About our customer reviews

We share customer feedback about Olgish Cakes, including reviews originally posted on other platforms and feedback sent directly to us. Where an original review is available, we keep its source details so we can check the wording, date and rating.

We do not publish fake reviews or reviews that conceal an incentive. We do not offer rewards in exchange for positive reviews. If a review was provided in return for a gift, discount or other incentive, we will clearly disclose that alongside it.

We check reviews against their available original sources and investigate concerns about authenticity. We do not select reviews for publication solely because they are positive, and we do not change their meaning. If we cannot establish a review's authenticity, we will withhold it while we investigate and remove it if it is false or misleading.

If you think a review on our website is inaccurate, fake or missing an incentive disclosure, please contact us at hello@olgishcakes.co.uk with enough information to identify it. We will check the concern, correct or remove misleading content where necessary, and review how it reached the website.
