I had a couple of problems initially , however Olga was very patient and helpful , and my error problem was rectified extremely quickly. The honey cake slices were beautifully packaged and arrived in excellent condition and on time … my daughters and grandson enjoyed the slices of moist cake very much - thank you 💙
