This cake is very good for individual designs, available in sizes from 6 to 12 inches. The standard design cake is rectangular, around 14 × 21 cm, and weighs about 0.8 kg. You can order any size and design to suit your occasion. Fresh fruits can be added to the standard design for a beautiful and elegant finish – from £6 extra.

Sponge: Self-raising WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin; raising agents: calcium phosphates, sodium carbonates), EGGS, honey, sugar, vegan baking spread (vegetable oils 70% [rapeseed, palm¹, sunflower in varying proportions], water, salt, emulsifiers: lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acid: citric acid, colour: carotene, natural flavouring, vitamins A and D), butter (MILK), bicarbonate of soda (raising agent: sodium carbonates).
Cream: Sweetened condensed MILK (MILK, sugar), butter (MILK).
May contain: nuts, peanuts, soya, sulphur dioxide.
Allergens: WHEAT (GLUTEN), MILK, EGGS.
Storage: Keep refrigerated.
For the best flavour and texture, take out of the fridge 60 minutes before serving. Suitable for room temperature storage during the day.
