How do I order a custom cake?
Tell us the date, how many people the cake needs to serve, and the style or flavour you have in mind. Reference photos are welcome and help us prepare your quote.
Do you deliver or is it collection only?
Our cakes are available for collection from Leeds. We offer local delivery and, by prior arrangement, delivery across the UK. Send us your postcode and date, and we’ll confirm the delivery options available for your order.

How much notice do you need?
We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for weddings and detailed designs. If your date is close, please still get in touch. We’ll check our availability.
Do you offer cakes for different dietary requirements?
We offer vegan-friendly and gluten-friendly options for selected cakes. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Our kitchen also handles other allergens.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, card or cash on collection. If a deposit is required, we’ll confirm the amount and payment dates in your quote. Invoices are available for business and corporate orders.
What if I need to cancel or move my order?
Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change. If you need to move your order, we’ll check whether another date is available.

Do you offer wedding cake consultations and tastings?
Yes. We offer wedding cake consultations to discuss your design, flavours, portions, venue and delivery. Cake tasting is also available by arrangement.
We recommend getting in touch early, especially for spring and summer weddings.
Do you make Ukrainian cake flavours like Medovik or Napoleon?
What is different about Ukrainian cakes?
Ukrainian cakes often have many thin layers rather than one thick sponge, giving them a distinctive texture and flavour. Medovik combines soft honey cake layers with cream, while Napoleon combines delicate pastry layers with fresh cream.
Do you make cakes for corporate events and offices?
Yes. We make cakes and branded treats for offices, corporate events, client gifts and team celebrations. Tell us your date, number of guests and what you need, and we’ll discuss the available options.
