Return Policy

1. General Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of my products, I have specific return policies designed to make sure food safety while keeping customer satisfaction. All returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
2. Eligible Returns
I will accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues
If the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was ordered
- Wrong Order
If you receive the wrong product or flavour than what was ordered
- Allergy Concerns
If the product contains allergens not disclosed or if there's a labelling error
- Delivery Issues
If the product was delivered to the wrong address or significantly late without prior notice
3. Non-Eligible Returns
I cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind
Personal preference changes or simply not liking the taste
- Custom Orders
Custom-designed cakes that were made to your specific requirements
- Perishable Nature
Products that have been consumed, partially eaten, or stored improperly
- Time Limit
Returns requested more than 24 hours after delivery or collection
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide Details
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- Step 3: Return Authorization
I will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Step 4: Return or Refund
I will arrange collection or provide a full refund within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Full Refund
For quality issues, wrong orders, or delivery problems - 100% refund including delivery charges
- Partial Refund
For minor issues where the product is still consumable - up to 50% refund
- Store Credit
Option to receive store credit for future orders instead of cash refund
- Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval
6. Special Circumstances
Wedding Cakes
Wedding cakes have special considerations due to their custom nature and importance:
- Design Changes
Minor design changes can be made up to 7 days before the event
- Cancellation
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive 50% refund
- Quality Issues
Any quality issues will be addressed immediately with replacement or full refund
Seasonal Products
Special seasonal items (Christmas, Easter, etc.) have extended return periods:
- Extended Period
48 hours instead of 24 hours for seasonal items
- Holiday Considerations
Special arrangements for holiday delivery issues
7. Quality Assurance
I take pride in the quality of my Ukrainian cakes and traditional desserts. My quality assurance process includes:
- Fresh ingredients sourced daily
- Traditional Ukrainian recipes followed precisely
- Quality checks at every stage of preparation
- Proper packaging and storage conditions
- Temperature-controlled delivery when possible

I am committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your order, I will work with you to resolve the issue. My goal is to make sure every customer enjoys the real taste of Ukrainian cakes and traditional desserts.
