Easter Cake (Paska) is a traditional Eastern European sweet bread baked to celebrate Easter. You can think of it a bit like panettone, but a bit different, with its own special taste and tradition.
Made with a very rich, buttery dough, our Paska is light, soft, and gently sweet. Filled with mixed peel and fruity pieces, it has a warm, festive flavour in every slice.
The story behind Paska
Paska is more than just a cake. For many families, it’s baked once a year with extra care and love, often shared at the Easter table and given to friends and neighbours. Traditionally, it marks the end of Lent and welcomes Easter with something special, golden, and comforting.
