Our Chocolate Delicia is a brilliant choice for Valentine’s Day (and perfect if you’re sharing with family too). It’s very fluffy and not too sweet, which makes it great for all ages. The cake has two layers of light chocolate sponge, filled with a delicate pastry cream made with butter and condensed milk — smooth, comforting, and beautifully balanced.
